Our services are designed to deliver high-quality portrait photos and other profile images to your requirements. Due to the digital and customizable nature of our services, we have specific guidelines for handling refunds and revisions:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Before production: Refunds are available when you submit a cancellation request before production of the ordered product has started. Once production has started, we cannot offer refunds.
- Faulty product: If the final product is faulty or significantly different from the sample shown during the ordering process, we offer a free re-production of the service at no extra cost. A product is considered faulty if it is blurry, poorly lit, or incorrectly rendered due to technical issues on our side.
Revision Guidelines
If you are not fully satisfied with the first result, we offer one free second run—please contact us at support@profilebakery.com.
How to Request a Revision or Refund
To request a revision or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@profilebakery.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Include any relevant evidence (such as screenshots or detailed descriptions) to support your claim.
- Submit your request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Approval Conditions
- All requests are processed within 14 business days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- After a refund is granted, the disputed images are deleted from our servers within 30 days at the latest.
Refund Limitations
- Refunds are not available once production has started.
- Refunds or revisions do not apply if you provided incorrect or incomplete information at the time of order.
- We do not grant refunds for personal preference or subjective reasons that do not meet the criteria above.
